Milanese lawyer, Paolo Manzato, has been elected by the Mps board to chair the Piedmont-based subsidiary bank board
The Board of Directors of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena has appointed Milanese lawyer, Paolo Manzato, as Chairman of Biverbanca.
Mr. Manzato, a professional expert in banking, financial, commercial and corporate law, compliance, International/EU and bankruptcy law, has held a number of offices which have included Deputy Chairman and Board member of Banca
The corporate bodies of Biverbanca will be appointed at the shortly to be convened shareholders’ meeting of the Piedmont-based bank.
