Banca Monte Paschi di Siena informs that international ratings agency S&P’s has placed MPS “BBB” long-term and “A-2” short-term ratings on Credit Watch negative. Ratings on MPS’ subordinated, junior subordinated and hybrid debt issues were also placed on Credit Watch negative.
