“Guidelines for customer-oriented contracts”

“Guidelines for customer-oriented contracts” which Gruppo Montepaschi has followed in drawing up the contracts for the financial products and services destined to the retail sector. Working together with consumer groups, the bank has reviewed its most commonly used financial services (current account, credit card, Bancomat, mortgage), with the aim of adapting the various types of contract to customers’ needs. The language has been simplified to make it more understandable to laypersons, larger print has been used, and the facilitations granted have been compared to the criteria requested. This project has been concluded.
